Eligibility & Application

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled at UL Lafayette
  • Must have a documented disability
  • A percentage of students must have a financial need

Program information is available in the SSS Disability office, located in the Conference Center, room 111-A. We understand that you may have a busy schedule so you can also fill out an application and email it to us at sssdisability@louisiana.edu or by fax at (337) 482-1340.  We look forward to hearing from you and are excited to help you reach your next educational milestone.
